We use the secure gateway of paypal  PayPal is a PCI-compliant payment provider, which means they meet the highest standards for security.. Within 48 hours of a customer receiving your order, we pay you the sales order minus our commission fee. 

No, you do not. If you offer pick up, only the customer purchasing will have these details.

We ask  that you list your best seller and unique and grazing boxes. The idea is that we want your store to stand out with what you do best .

When you list your products you will have unlimited categories you can list your products in. You can list dietary requirements, flavours, ingredients and more.  If we have missed something, we will happily add it to our search filter.

Yes. Our team is here to set you up and guide you every step of the way. We want you to make the most out of our platform. 

You most certainly can! We don’t mind if you have your own website store, as long as your marketplace orders are managed within the grazed and boxed platform to protect you and the customers. You can also redirect all your store orders to us saving you the need to manage a website or orders through socials.

In short you do. In fact we encourage you to add your own delivery policy. You will set your own prices and be able to manage the delivery process. You will even be able to   send tracking to the customer via our platform.

In your vendor dashboard, you will be able to create and set your own returns & refunds policy. This is your shop so you will be able to chat to customers on the platform but we will be there to support you if you run into any issues. 

You can set your own delivery timeframes such as ready today, ready in 1 day etc.

Yes you can even set your store into holiday mode for that well deserved break. Did we mention that you can set your own store hours too? 

In order to maintain good customer service we hope that you only need this occasionally but yes you can set a product to “out of stock”.
