Why buy a grazing box through Grazed and Boxed?

Grazed and boxed marketplace was created to make the lives of Melbourne foodies that little bit easier by providing them with a platform to source the very best grazing boxes, no matter the occasion. When you shop from Grazed & Boxed, you’re not only supporting local small businesses, but you will become part of a like- minded, food-loving community who are keen to celebrate the everyday and share the love with their nearest and dearest through high quality and delicious food.

Are the sellers verified?

Yes we personally verify all of our sellers details including food safety and business registration with their local councils.

Are my details safe?

Yes, absolutely. All payments are created and held securely by Stripe or the PayPal payment gateway.

Can I leave a review for a seller?

You have to be logged in as a customer who has purchased a product to leave a review. This can be done via the sellers page, under the review tab.

How do I contact a seller?

All sellers will have a ‘chat now’ feature next to their products. Alternatively, you can send them a question through the support button on their storefront, by sending an enquiry.

Can I search for a local grazing box seller?

Yes. You can filter by radius and search stores in your local area. You can also view the sellers locations on their storefront.

I placed an order but didn't receive an email confirmation. What should I do?

Once you have placed an order, you will be able to log into your account. You can then check under the orders tab. Also make sure your email hasnt landed in your spam folder. If you still haven’t received confirmation after 24 hours of making a purchase, contact support hello@grazedandboxed.com.au or direct with the seller.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card/debit card payments which are taken securely through PayPal Payment Gateway. Please do not pay the seller directly as per our terms of business.

I've received my order but im not happy with it. What should I do?

Contact the seller directly via the Grazed and Boxed platform. Each seller has their own returns/refunds policy. Our website is a platform only and each seller cannot be liable in any disputes involving shipping or receipt of products listed through this website.

Delivery, shipping and returns

Once you place an order on our platform, you are placing an order with the Seller of the Product, and not Grazed & Boxed. Any purchase or communication is to be made directly with the Seller via our platform for your protection. Please contact the Seller directly regarding any issues with your order. However, in the event that an issue cannot be resolved please contact support hello@grazedandboxed.com.au

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification containing a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
